YOU WILL NEED A GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO USE BLOGGER.
Visit blogger.com and sign in with your Google account.
Select create blog and input the desired tittle of the blog and the url or web address of the blog ( how it can be accessed on the internet ). Like myname.blogspot.com. myname can be anyway you will like it to appear so just provide that.
Click on create blog. Start posting information to your blog
Android users can also download the blogger app for android and sign in with your Google account and start blogging
